Monthly Packages:
Retainer packages are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is required in full upon receipt of statement.
Any additional hours that go over the monthly retainer plan will be billed at the same discounted rate.
Unused retainer hours are non-transferable but roll over for one consecutive month only .

Silver Package - 10 hours @ 10 % off the regular rate

Gold Package - 20 hours @ 15 % off the regular rate

Platinum Package - 30 hours @ 20 % off the regular rate
Payment Policies:
Clients will be billed an hourly rate for general and on-going administrative support. Detailed time sheets will be provided to our clients. Billing will be calculated in 15 minute increments.
Hourly Projects:
A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of the project. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon delivery of completed project.
There may be an additional charge for rush projects or specific expenses.
